With a strong background in construction estimation and experience working on various projects across sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Commercial, and New Build Residential, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional.

Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and managing budgets for construction projects.
  • Producing accurate and detailed estimates and tenders.
  • Collaborating with project managers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyzing and reviewing project costs to identify areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing budgets, producing estimates and tenders, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate costings. This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £55,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
