RWE Offshore Wind sucht einen Senior Financial Manager für das Team Projects & Investments UK&I and Southern Europe (P&I UK&SE) zur Unterstützung unserer großen Offshore-Windparks. Es handelt sich um eine wichtige und anspruchsvolle Projektfunktion, die für die Koordination und Steuerung aller finanziellen und finanzbezogenen Arbeitsabläufe eines Projekts verantwortlich ist. Es geht um Projekte von der frühen Entwicklungsphase über die Auktion, den FID bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe an die Betriebsphase.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Finanzteams im Rahmen des Projekts
  • Koordinierung der jeweiligen Finanz- und finanzbezogenen Arbeitsabläufe (die funktionale Verantwortung liegt bei den zuständigen Linienfunktionen), insbesondere:
  • Verantwortung für den Business-Case-Prozess (Planung und Koordinierung von Business-Case-Aktualisierungen, erforderlicher Detaillierungsgrad des Business-Case)
  • Besitz des Annahmenbuchs und des Kostenbuchs
  • Abstimmung der Arbeiten und Ergebnisse des Finanzmodells mit den Arbeiten der Eigentümer (RWER und Partner) inkl. Steuerung der Finanzberater
  • Verwaltung und Koordinierung des Risiko- und Chancenregisters des Projekts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Paketmanagern, dem Risikomanager und dem Finanzberater, einschließlich der Vorbereitung einer angemessenen Analyse der Eventualitäten und der Aspekte der Versicherungskoordinierung
  • Verantwortung für alle Kostenmanagementsysteme (einschließlich Vertragsmanagement, Änderungskontrolle) innerhalb des Projekts
  • Koordinierung der Arbeitsabläufe in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen und Steuern
  • Verantwortung für den Budgetierungsprozess und die Projektkostenkontrolle (einschließlich Cash-Calls an Investoren) sowie für die entsprechenden Berichterstattungsprozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Recht, Beschaffung und Handel
  • Koordinierung der Bemühungen um die Entwicklung bankfähiger Projektstrukturen einschließlich Bau- und Betriebsverträgen
  • Fähigkeit zur Ableitung und Überprüfung glaubwürdiger finanzieller Annahmen durch Vergleich mit anderen RWE Offshore Wind Projekten und branchenweiten Praktiken
  • Identifizierung (und ggf. Unterstützung) von Bereichen, in denen die wirtschaftliche Rentabilität des Projekts optimiert werden könnte; Durchführung aller erforderlichen Analysen in diesen Bereichen und Vorlage der Ergebnisse und der Empfehlung zur Prüfung und Genehmigung
  • Kontinuierliche finanzielle Überprüfung und Überwachung der Projektökonomie und Berichterstattung über die Ergebnisse sowohl innerhalb des Projektteams (Projektdirektor) als auch an den Projektlenkungsausschuss, z. B. Analyse der Auswirkungen von Änderungen der MW-Kapazität und -Größe sowie des Zeitplans für die Projektabschnitte
  • Vertritt das Projekt aus finanzieller Sicht in Lenkungsausschüssen und Vorstandssitzungen
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle finanziellen/kommerziellen Erwägungen in Bezug auf Netzanschlüsse berücksichtigt werden
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Angebotsgruppenpapieren/Vorschlägen einschließlich der Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Angebotstaktiken in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter sowie dem kaufmännischen Angebotsmanager
  • Erstellung von Projektgenehmigungsunterlagen
  • Einrichtung einer projektspezifischen Governance in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter und Sicherstellung, dass diese bei Bedarf mit den Projekteignern abgestimmt wird - insbesondere mit RWER, wenn dieser die Federführung hat
  • Sicherstellen, dass im Rahmen der Projekte die besten (finanziellen) Praktiken angewandt und die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse an das Finanz- und Bewertungsmanagementteam weitergegeben werden
  • Sicherstellen, dass die gewonnenen Erfahrungen gesammelt, bereitgestellt und auf das Projekt und die Pakete angewendet werden
