Job Summary

This role sits within the Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited organization, specifically with one of our brands, XLN for Small Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Guarantee accurate data capture.
  • Manage inbound calls to maintain and grow our existing client base.
  • Promote the full range of products and services available to clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
