  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive team motivation and performance, including line management of the operations team.
  • Oversee all branch operations to ensure achievement of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Conduct stock takes and audits, manage the fleet, and maintain branch standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience with high levels of focus, energy, and drive.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage customer accounts, both cash and credit.
  • Experience in managing stock takes and audits, with the ability to control stock and implement measures to do so.
  • A solid background in Health and Safety.
  • A passion for developing in the above areas, with a willingness to learn and grow.
