About the Role

Job Summary

Enable is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead a team of frontline staff in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of frontline staff to deliver person-centered care and support.
  • Develop and implement robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments.
  • Effectively communicate with individuals, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage individual budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
  • Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full driving license with access to your own vehicle for business use.
