About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Programme Coordinator to join our Loss Prevention team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme coordination, with experience in supporting organisational development and change management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving programmes that have a strong emphasis on standardising and optimising processes. This includes:

  • Owning and driving programmes supporting organisational development and change management.
  • Supporting projects and programmes related to people management, professional and organisational development, continuous improvement, change management, restructuring, standardising, and optimisation.
  • Ensuring all your programmes and initiatives align with organisational goals and objectives and meet all relevant regulatory, legal, and labour requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing programme plans and timelines.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritise programme tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of programme progress and performance metrics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in programme coordination, with experience in supporting organisational development and change management.
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.

Salary Estimate

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
