Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious Administrator who can advance their career with us. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an admin job, strong customer service skills, and excellent IT proficiency. The role requires maintaining and updating client web-based databases, coordinating and scheduling work with sub-contractors, and performing general administrative duties. This includes creating and developing spreadsheets to manage lift jobs, generating reports using Excel, and handling various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, couriers, and post management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating client web-based database to collaborate information.
- Coordinate and schedule work with sub-contractors and branches arranging engineers.
- Create and develop spreadsheets to manage all lift jobs which are new, decommissioned and suspended.
- Generate reports using Excel to support various administrative tasks.
- Perform general admin duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, handling couriers, and managing post.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an admin job or similar role is essential.
- An NVQ in Administration or equivalent is preferred.
- Lift industry or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent IT proficiency are key for this role.
Salary: Market-aligned salary, paid on a monthly basis (approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per year).
