About the Position

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Slough Adults Community Mental Health Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and purchasing services for individuals with mental health needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and managing a varied caseload, delivering high-quality social work within the framework of relevant legislation.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure excellent outcomes for service users.
  • Developing and implementing person-centred plans to promote independence and wellbeing.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is £43,000 - £49,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive:

  • Annual Leave: Starting at 26 days, increasing to 30 days after 2-5 years, and 33 days after 5 years.
