Sales and Business Development Role

Redline Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the Northern UK region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals with potential clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of bespoke cable assembly solutions.
  • Travel within the Northern UK region to meet with customers and attend industry events.

About the Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Benefits: The successful candidate will also be eligible for our pension scheme and opportunities for career development.

Required Skills and Qualifications: An experienced sales professional with a technical qualification in Electronics is required. Previous experience within a Contract Electronics Manufacturer/Electronic Manufacturing Service Provider or related experience in a design-led sales environment is preferred.
