About the Role

We are presently recruiting Registered Nurses to join our nurse bank in North Wales, within our District General Hospitals and Community Hospitals. This is an exciting opportunity for flexible working, with hours to suit your needs.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to meet the needs of patients and their families. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide holistic nursing care to patients, utilising evidence-based practices and approaches.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • To participate in the education and development of other staff members, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You should hold a current registration with the NMC and have relevant experience in providing holistic nursing care.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £25,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional development, and access to a range of employee wellbeing initiatives.
