Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our Information Products team at NCR Atleos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and updating a range of customer and service publications for our hardware products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality technical content, including user manuals, guides, and other documentation.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage projects to ensure timely delivery of content, working closely with cross-functional teams to validate publications and incorporate required changes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Services teams to ensure alignment of deliverables and contribute to process documents as part of Quality Management System reviews.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in an engineering, technical writing, or technical customer service role, with a strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes and stakeholder roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task. Strong customer focus and user-centred design awareness, with a systematic and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical communication tools, such as MadCap Flare/Adobe Framemaker, PTC Creo or Solidworks, CorelDraw/Designer, and Solidworks Composer. Knowledge of Subversion, GitHub, or comparable document repository software.
