Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate/Project Director to join our growing Healthcare team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will lead cost management teams on major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes, setting the standard for quality and managing performance across project delivery.

  • Lead cost management teams on new and exciting major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.
  • Set the standard for quality and manage performance across project delivery.
  • Utilize our bespoke digital cost management tools to optimize cost performance at every stage of projects.
  • Analyze and test budgets using our Benchmarking app, harnessing a reliable pool of national data.
  • Inform clients of future cost trends by leveraging the analytical capabilities of our Hive digital applications.
  • Advise clients on procurement and contract strategies.

  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • Leadership experience within the property and real estate sector, ideally Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
