About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate/Project Director to join our growing Healthcare team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will lead cost management teams on major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Set the standard for quality and manage performance across project delivery.
  2. Optimise cost performance at every stage of projects using our bespoke tools and apps, powered by The Hive.
  3. Analyse and test budgets using a reliable pool of national data with our Benchmarking app.
  4. Inform clients of future cost trends by harnessing the analytical capabilities of our Hive digital applications.
  5. Advise clients on procurement and contract strategies.
Requirements
  1. Degree or HNC level qualification.
  2. Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  3. Leadership experience within the property and real estate sector, ideally Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
  4. A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
