Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operative to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Newbury North. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Have a visible presence within your working area and be proactive in addressing guest queries and requests.
  • Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Have a good insight knowledge of hotel products and services.
Requirements
  • Passionate and willing to learn.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends.
  • Good command of English language to enable communication with the team.
