Job Summary:
Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a skilled Operative to join their team at the Launceston food production facility in Cornwall. As a key member of the lamb abattoir, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's position as Britain's leading lamb and beef processor.

The successful candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with handling and preparing food. They must be physically fit, able to lift and carry heavy loads, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

In this full-time role, you will work Monday to Friday, starting at 7am, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, plus overtime opportunities. The salary package includes benefits such as free parking, staff giveaways, events, and activities, a referral scheme, contributory pension scheme, death in service scheme, grocery aid, and access to an employee assistance program.
