Job Description:

  • Supervise a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
  • Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items and maintain effective relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries.
  • Develop and implement training plans for pharmacy leadership and contribute to the development of new ways to deliver services in the community.
  • Provide expert advice on health-related matters to customers and participate in charity support programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • DBS check completed before employment.
