The Department of Pharmacology at the University of Cambridge is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Business Administrator to join our Professional Services team.

The successful candidate will provide reception and administrative support, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service to visitors and staff. They will work closely with a fellow Business Administrator to ensure seamless coverage throughout the working day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing front-of-house services to visitors and staff
  • General administrative duties such as data input, minute taking, and report production
  • Assisting with organizing events and meetings
  • Using standard software packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

We are looking for a candidate with previous administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and a confident IT user. The ideal candidate will possess good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively.
