Job DescriptionThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, following care plans, and providing one-to-one time to build relationships.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Some experience of caring for older people
- A can-do approach and excellent communication skills
- The compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support
- A competitive rate of pay: £18,500 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
