About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Colleague Vetting Coordinator to join our team at Together. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective onboarding of new starters and maintaining accurate records.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and verifying background check information using our vetting partner Experian;
  • Investigating and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to background checks;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to new starters and other stakeholders;
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases related to the onboarding process;
  • Collaborating with the People Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a colleague onboarding or vetting role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and a strong understanding of data protection regulations.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
