Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our team at BJF Group. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned building and fabric maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate records of works planned and completed. You will work with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, covering various aspects of fabric engineering, including masonry, carpentry, ironmongery, and roof repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned building and fabric maintenance tasks as per program and keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
  • Covering, where possible, all aspects ranging from (but not limited to) masonry, carpentry, ironmongery, roof repairs, kitchen fitting.
  • Show a proactive approach to Health & safety in the work environment and take the necessary steps to ensure risks are mitigated.
  • Be flexible and undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPI's.
  • Experience in domestic, commercial, or industrial fabric engineering.
  • Repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report.
