Job Title: Apprentice Fabric Engineer

Join our team at fish4.co - Jobboard and take on a challenging role as an Apprentice Fabric Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex equipment and systems.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Fabric Engineer. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working in a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build complex equipment and systems using CAD software and other tools.
  • Conduct maintenance and repair work on existing equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to develop and implement new designs and solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
  • Work with the engineering team to design and build test rigs, packing jigs, and tools.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a workshop environment.
  • Good knowledge of engineering processes and principles.
  • Competency in the use of CAD software.
