Theatre Scrub Nurse Role

37.5 Hours | Surrey

The Role

Ramsay Health Care Clinical is seeking a skilled Theatre Scrub Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Theatre department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical team in delivering exceptional outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art theatre environment, equipped with the latest technology and facilities. Our Ramsay Academy offers a range of training and development opportunities, including the potential to gain your Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to our clinical team
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre environment
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient operating theatre environment

Requirements

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Surgical scrub experience within all specialities
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
