About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Workforce, Performance, and Productivity team within Retail. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake in-depth analysis to draw out key insights from big data
  • Design, build, develop, and enhance capacity models to support Branches and Telephony Sales
  • Deliver actionable insights that have a real impact on our Society's planning and decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with a team of insight professionals to influence the business
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytical skills using tools such as SPSS Modeller, SAS, SQL, or Power BI
Requirements
  • Proven analytical ability, balanced with strong problem-solving and inter-personal skills
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (e.g., vlookups, pivot tables, and complex formulae)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to convey analysis in a clear, concise, and compelling way to stakeholders
  • Ability to work at pace and react to changing work requests and priorities in a timely manner
  • Relevant degree (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other Science Discipline)
