Job Description

Job Title: Data Analyst/Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst/Operations Analyst to join our team at Da Home Care. As a Data Analyst/Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with other functions and business areas.
  • Evaluate and escalate breaches of policies/procedures appropriately.
  • Embed new policies/procedures adopted due to risk mitigation.
  • Manage risk and strengthen controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to.
  • Make evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information, paying attention to detail.
  • Act as a contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, building a network of contacts outside the team and external to the organization.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient with Python and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning and its implementation in new processes is highly valued.
