We are seeking a skilled Credit Control Specialist to manage and collect debts across a portfolio of major accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dynamic credit control environment, with strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Direct engagement with high-risk customers to negotiate payment solutions, using effective communication skills to balance firmness with customer retention.
  2. Conduct thorough audits to identify and rectify incorrect account charges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to swiftly and accurately resolve customer issues, facilitating prompt payment and maintaining customer relationships.
  4. Provide ledger coverage for team members during absences, ensuring continuous control and management of all active accounts.

Accountabilities

  1. Contribute to the team's success in achieving timely and efficient debt collection, ensuring the financial health of the organization.
  2. Ensure the recovery of overdue payments from industrial and commercial customers, maintaining the financial stability of the organization.

Qualifications / Experience
