Senior Clinical Skills Trainer

Colten Care Limited is seeking a Senior Clinical Skills Trainer to join our Support Team at Colten House in Ringwood.
The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of clinical skills training across our care homes in The New Forest, Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex, and Bournemouth and Poole.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance clinical skills
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure training meets industry standards
- Providing coaching and mentoring to staff to improve clinical practice
Requirements:
- Proven experience in clinical skills training and education
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
