About the role

Citizens Advice is an independent charity that provides free, impartial advice to people in need. As a Senior Welfare Benefits Specialist, you will be part of our team delivering crisis prevention support through a GLA funded project.

Key responsibilities include comprehensive knowledge of welfare benefits and debt enquiry areas, as well as experience in completing detailed forms, Mandatory Reconsideration, Appeals and submissions. You will manage a caseload, assess client cases, and identify solutions.
