Swift Placements is partnering with a legal firm based in Harrogate to find an experienced HR, H&S, and Compliance Administration Manager. This full-time permanent role requires a proactive individual with expertise in legal compliance to oversee the effective management of HR processes, health & safety policies, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

This position involves managing HR processes, including employee relations, recruitment, and training. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR processes, including employee relations, recruitment, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

The salary for this role is estimated to be £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
