About the Role

As a Care Support Professional with Helping Hands, you will play a vital part in supporting adults to maintain their independence and stay in the comfort of their own homes. Our dedicated teams provide person-centred care, and we're looking for kind-hearted individuals who share our passion for care.

We don't require previous social care experience, but you'll need to have the Right to Work in the UK and hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle. If you're looking for a flexible work arrangement, we offer various shift patterns to suit your lifestyle.

Our Care Assistants are directly employed by us, giving you access to holiday entitlement, our pension scheme, and opportunities for career development. You'll also benefit from paid mileage, early pay, and a referral scheme, among other perks.

As a Care Support Professional, you'll be adaptable, empathetic, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Your role may involve:
  1. Providing companionship and emotional support
  2. Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  3. Helping with mobility and daily living tasks
  4. Administering medication and providing medical support
  5. Assisting with household chores, meal preparation, and running errands
