  • Support residents to explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment
  • Work with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences for residents
  • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to diverse interests and abilities
  • Provide a mature, sensible outlook, showing commitment, initiative, and a desire to enhance the lives of residents
