About the Role
- Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs
- Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care
- Working as part of a team to support the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes
- Communicating effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals
