We are seeking a highly motivated Social Worker to join our team in Croydon, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to individuals in need.

The ideal candidate will have experience with intervention and community mental health, as well as correct registration body.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant degree in Social Work or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year working in community mental health
  • Certifications: Correct registration body

Salary and Benefits:

  • £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
