About the Role

We're looking for a talented Guest Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. This will involve working behind the scenes to resolve any issues that may arise during their stay, as well as providing expert advice on our resort facilities and local area.

You'll be working closely with our team to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience. This will involve using your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise, as well as providing a warm and welcoming service to our guests.

About You

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll need to be confident on the phone and able to work well under pressure. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease.
