Job Summary

The Senior Fragrance Team Manager is responsible for assisting the management team with the ability to assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence. This role requires a high level of expertise in sales, merchandising, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a niche fragrance, beauty, or luxury environment and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by analysing available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies.
  • Continuously motivate sales team members to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
  • Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Assist in the management of the client database and utilise information to increase sales and client contact.
  • Support and assist in team member training.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager in areas of staffing levels, risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management.
  • Assist in all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction.
  • Support the development of Fragrance Consultants techniques, ensuring utilisation of fragrance profiling to maximise sales, and ensure selling team members are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge.

  • Proven track record in a niche fragrance, beauty or luxury environment.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised.
