At Jo Malone London, we're passionate about creating unique and elegant fragrances that evoke emotions and inspire connections. As a Senior Stylist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Morleys store.

We're seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual who shares our passion for fragrance and gifting. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing personalized service to customers, understanding their needs, and making recommendations that exceed their expectations. You'll also work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets, while maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

As a host with the most, you'll entertain visitors from around the world and showcase the world of Jo Malone London to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients. You'll have the opportunity to get creative with in-store events, product launches, and visual displays that drive engagement and sales.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail experience with a proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets
  • A passion for fragrance and gifting, with a keen eye for detail and a love of creating personalized experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
