Fragrance Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Development Manager to join our team at ScentAir Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our Fragrance Development department, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high volume of fragrances for customer-supplied, signature development, and library offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize customer and/or product-specific projects and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, requesting materials for testing, organizing fragrance samples, and supporting project communications.
- Interface and communicate with worldwide Client Relations professionals and external vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and control the development cycle of fragrances and assist in the promotion of new products.
- Support the organization of fragrance development labs and samples.
- Assist with project management, emphasizing communication of development project status.
- Regularly produce and ship fragrance samples for field-based sales teams.
- Provide data and assist in producing standard reports for Fragrance Development activities.
Requirements:
- Associates degree and 5+ years of working experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French, with other languages a plus.
- Based in Toulouse (France), Slough (UK), Madrid (Spain), or Rotterdam (NL).
- Demonstrable administrative and organizational skills.
- Interest in and willingness to learn fragrance evaluation skills and techniques.
- Operates with a sense of urgency.
- Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems.
- Diligent in follow-up and follow-through.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
