To excel in this Information Security Analyst role at undisclosed, you will be responsible for safeguarding company and customer data by monitoring for threats and implementing various security measures. Your additional responsibilities will include investigating and addressing security incidents, conducting security reviews, and ensuring the privacy, integrity, and availability of our information systems, services, and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct threat hunting across information security log feeds
  • Create infosec policies, procedures, and playbooks
  • Perform root cause analysis on identified vulnerabilities and incidents
  • Conduct security reviews and penetration testing across company products and services
  • Monitor network changes and activity for threats
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of information security concepts and best practices
  • Understanding of infosec concepts like cloud infrastructure, application security, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing
  • Experience with SIEM tools, log observability, AWS, and other infosec-related apps and tools (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SaaS application concepts, including secure configuration, APIs, logging, access control, permissions, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with relevant business applications like ERP, CRM, and IdP solutions
  • Familiarity with implementing secure IT SaaS applications
  • Knowledge of various operating systems, including ChromeOS, Linux, Mac, and Windows
  • Able to navigate the Linux command line
  • Ability to write basic Python scripts (desirable)
