Brand Implementation Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Implementation Manager to join our team at Hovis Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our brand strategy across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise a team of shift-based operatives, providing clear direction, motivation, and communication to ensure efficient operation and high-quality delivery.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient operations in line with site plans and key business performance indicators, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and develop continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, value, safety, hygiene, environment, and customer service.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure total compliance with standard procedures and systems, demonstrating visible leadership and accountability.
- Site Planning and Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of site plans, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Business Acumen: Working knowledge of business systems, including SAP, PTL, and T&T.
- Leadership and Communication: Ability to create strong, effective cross-functional relationships, demonstrate leadership and people management skills, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Industry Experience: Relevant industry experience, with a strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and engineering principles.
- Health and Safety: Ability to demonstrate knowledge and commitment to health and safety, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
- Technical Skills: IT literacy, good numeracy and literacy, and ability to work on own initiative.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing operational requirements, with a willingness to accept new challenges and responsibilities.
