Job Title: Senior Manager, Project Management and Delivery

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Project Management and Delivery to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile capital projects and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex capital projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary controls are in place to minimize potential impacts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all project activities are conducted in accordance with ISS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the facilities management industry.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or APM.
