About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Animal Health Sales Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a trusted partner of farmers and food professionals, we believe that hygiene is health, and that health is the key to more profitability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales budget of Animal Health Accounts in the UK, with a focus on achieving double-digit growth rates.
  • Improve the skills of sales teams and technical teams from local partners through professional training and field visits at key accounts.
  • Provide technical support, answering technical questions related to our products and biosecurity, and proposing solutions.
  • Offer commercial guidance, including follow-up on pricing, orders, and customer service.
  • Report to the UKIE Global Animal Health Divisional Manager and establish action plans and sales targets based on agreed strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners in your territory.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of animal production and farming, with specific knowledge of dairy production or the health or nutritional field.
  • Minimum third-level qualification in Animal/Food Science, Veterinary, Nutrition, or Bioengineering.
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to travel 60% of the time in your territory.
  • Ability to work in central England and travel to other areas as required.
