Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert product validation support across various stages of the design process, from concept development to launch. This includes designing and executing rigorous testing protocols, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Execution of Testing Protocols: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate product performance, safety, and durability.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Product Development, In Market Solutions, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the design process.
- Test Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all test equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and upgraded as needed.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., engineering) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in product validation.
- Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in validating electronics/electrical/electromechanical products, including firmware and wireless products.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate and interpret technical data.
- Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
