We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cancer Care Social Worker to join our team at Young Lives vs Cancer. As a social worker, you will play a critical role in supporting children, teenagers, and young adults with cancer and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional and practical support to patients and their loved ones, helping them navigate the challenges associated with cancer diagnosis and treatment.

The salary for this position is £40,838 (FTE). The job is based in a hybrid location, combining home and hospital-based work. We strive to maintain a positive work-life balance and provide a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support. This may involve coordinating appointments, attending medical meetings, and participating in family consultations.
