Key Responsibilities- Support the ward sisters in leading and developing the nursing team in this department.
- Provide inspirational leadership to the department, be positively welcoming, effective and act as a credible role model.
- Have well-developed communication, change management and organisational skills, with a positive attitude and share in our vision and commitment to continuously develop and improve.
- Care for patients undergoing chemotherapy and haematology treatments.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Person Specification- Proven experience within Oncology / Haematology including the delivery of chemotherapy.
- Experience at Band 5 level including the mentorship of students.
- NMC Registration.
- ENB 998 (or equivalent).
