Primary Education Support Specialist

As a vibrant primary school in Dagenham, ACADEMICS is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support the learning journey of our students. This exciting opportunity offers flexibility with both short-term and long-term positions available, as well as daily cover roles to suit your schedule.
You will be working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, supporting children in their academic, social, and emotional development. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general classroom support, assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with students to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Adapt activities to suit the needs of all learners, ensuring every child can access the curriculum.
- Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), encouraging their progress and inclusion where necessary.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment in the classroom.
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
