Job Title: Primary Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate EYFS teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Barking & Dagenham. As the EYFS teacher, you will lead the delivery of engaging lessons that support the holistic development of children aged 3-5, fostering curiosity, independence, and confidence.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver dynamic, child-centered lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, ensuring all children reach their full potential.
  • Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery, meeting the diverse needs of our pupils.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to support children's development and learning, working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each child, driving continuous improvement.
  • Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere that prioritizes children's well-being and emotional growth, providing a secure base for learning.
