Key Responsibilities:

* Project manage the reward and benefits review, including supporting with the integration of the new HR system.
* Help to draft reward and benefit processes and communicate with key stakeholders.
* Management and ownership of ad hoc projects to identify and develop solutions within reward and benefits.
* Act as the primary subject matter expert for HR Business Partners and their stakeholders to enable them to make decisions, interpret policies, and resolve complex issues.
* Build and maintain a network of professional relationships designed to tap into and develop the best policies and plans for the organization.

Based out of their stunning purpose-built offices, and offering a competitive basic salary, bonus, and excellent benefits, this is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Reward professional with a real passion for the transformation, policy, and advisory side of the role.

The role will also see you working closely with the whole HR team and global stakeholders as you work on the alignment of Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures, working closely with the Project Leads on the implementation of policy changes and communication of these changes.

Although this is within the financial sector, they are happy to consider candidates from other areas as long as you can demonstrate that you have the in-depth understanding of Reward policy and processes and have worked on similar transformation projects before - albeit not necessarily on the same scale.
