Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trade Activation Manager to join our team in London, responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our client's brand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Translate the brand plan into winning go-to-market strategies, working closely with the product team.
  • Develop tailored plans with account managers and Customer Activation Managers.
  • Monitor store performance and provide recommendations for door list management.
  • Lead pre-activation hype calls with the Retail & Education teams.
  • Represent the Business Unit in key meetings with retailers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to measure and report on initiative effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across functions.
  • Proven budget management skills, with ability to optimize ROI.
  • Familiarity with trade tools and inventory management systems.
