About the Role

As a Retail Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the successful implementation of retail initiatives and projects across branches and partners. This includes new and change activity across products/services, supporting the end-to-end planning and 'last mile' delivery of activity in line with the Air Traffic Control process.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams on the rollout of new initiatives, products, and services, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly and effectively across the Post Office branch network right first time, across all channels.

This role requires planning, communication, and influencing skills, alongside an understanding of the retail and postal services landscape.
