Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team at Rachel Clark Legal Recruitment. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our Fee Earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Fee Earners, including organizing appointments, running diaries, arranging travel, and booking conference rooms.
  • File Management: Open and close files, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Business Development: Assist with Business Development and Marketing activities, including data entry and research.
  • Billing and Accounts: Manage billing and accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Client Liaison: Provide excellent client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Fee Earners, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using software applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
