Job Title: ALM Modelling Manager

The ALM Modelling Manager will report to the Head of Structured Asset Solutions at SCOR. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain ALM models to analyze financial risks arising from structured reinsurance transactions.
  • Advise on the management of financial risks related to Structured Asset Solutions.
  • Provide internal education and training on Asset and Liability Management (ALM) to colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop structured pricing models and peer-review work as required.
  • Assist in the production of marketing material for Financial Solutions and contribute to the development of new business initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or Management.
  • Actuarial, accounting, or CFA qualification is a plus.
  • Several years of relevant work experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, consulting, banking, or asset management.
  • Familiarity with ALM techniques and practice.
  • Working knowledge of liability-driven and/or cash-flow driven investment strategies.
Personal Competencies:
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Comfortable with dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Digital Competencies:
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience working with ALM models and market data.
  • Basic programming skills in Python, VBA, or other languages.
